Ludwig is known for having the most extensive catalog of collectible drums, and the Jazz Fest is a "big fish" on that long list. First introduced to the market in the 1950s as the Buddy Rich Model Snare Drum, the Jazz Fest took on its now-familiar form in the early 1960s as a 5.5" depth snare.

It features a 3-ply Legacy Mahogany shell, vintage '64 snare bed, 8 twin lugs, 3-step baseball bat tone control, and a white Reso-Coat interior.

Because this snare was displayed at the 2026 Music City Drum Show, we are able to offer it at a discount even though it is brand new and comes with the factory box and Ludwig key.
