For your kind consideration is this vintage Sonor Super Champion 14x18 bass drum from the mid-70s. These drums are constructed of a 9-ply beechwood shell with a rosewood veneer and this is one of the first ones to feature the 45 degree bearing edge. This one has the 1960s style tom mount as well as the 60s two-piece badge, with the bottom "Made In Germany" plate missing. It's all original aside from the batter head and is in overall great condition with some minimal wear on the shell. There are dings in the resonant bearing edge as shown which does not affect sound at all and it tunes up with ease. Punchy, fantastic sounding 18" bass drum with the original front head that will be great for recording or live use. Enjoy!
