All original down to the Power Craft heads and snare wires. These Superstar drums feature 6-ply 6mm Birch/Basswood shells on the toms and snare and 7-ply 7mm on the bass drum. The birch inner plies offer strong projection and an aggressive open sound. The basswood inner ply and bearing edges bring out the great response and powerful resonance of the shells. They also feature the same Star-Cast mounting system and zinc die cast hoops found on Starclassic drums of the era along with the Superstar Sound Bridge high tension, low mass lugs. The original MTH90DAS tom adapter and MC61 multi-clamp are including for mounting the hanging floor tom and the MTH900M tom holder is included for the bass drum tom mount. This is a phenomenal sounding set that tunes up with the greatest of ease. Also included at this price is the original HR5WN Roadpro hardware pack which includes a HS70WN snare stand, HC72WN straight cymbal stand, HC73BWN boom cymbal stand, HH75W hi-hat stand, and an HP200 bass drum pedal.
