For your viewing pleasure is this fantastic sounding 1963 Ludwig Auditorium snare drum. It features a beautiful 3 ply mahogany shell with white interior paint, a red felt baseball bat muffler, and pre-serial # keystone badge. There are no extra holes or modifications, and the bearing edges are true and original. This drum is 100% original including the tension rods, wires, and heads. It is in all around great condition. It was bumped on the muffler which caused a little bit of damage around the muffler hole (see pics of inside and outside). It does not affect the sound or structural integrity of the drum in any way, and is solid in that area. This drum tunes up easily and sounds absolutely incredible with a warm, deep, woody, punchy and authoritative sound and has a satisfying solid crack when rim shots are played. Enjoy!
