For your kind consideration is this pair of vintage made in Japan tunable bongos. These single-headed bongos both measure 5.5" deep and are 8" and 6.5" in diameter. These bongos come in a lovely White Marine Pearl wrap, and are painted red on the inside. The shell configuration and Slingerland-style lugs lead us to believe they were manufactured by Pearl in Japan.
The head is broken on the 6.5" bongo, but the shells themselves in very good structural condition. The lugs are in good condition with normal signs of wear, and the hoops are in round. The wrap is lifting slightly on the bridge, but is otherwise flat.
Overall this is a really neat pair of vintage bongos that have a lot of life left in them. Enjoy!
